We want you to treasure your new pieces, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved items and final sale pieces are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely place your jewelry in its original velvet pouch or box and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
